String Backpacks for Literacy Minnesota
Join Sew Inviting and Sew Good Goods to share your talents and sewing love by sewing string backpacks for Literacy Minnesota. Add a smile to someone's reading time with your handiwork. An added bonus is sharing good times as you sew with others.
Register for one of three time slots available on Thursday, February 27th.
Sew Good Goods will provide the pillow case fabric, but please bring the following supplies if you can.
- Working sewing machine including cord, foot pedal, bobbins, and machine needles (Call or text the store if you need to borrow one.)
- Sewing scissors
- Seam ripper
- Straight pins and pin cushion
- Neutral color thread
Classes are held at Sew Inviting, 647 Snelling Avenue South, Saint Paul, MN 55116. Parking is available behind and on the north side of the building. There is a doorbell on the back door.
Cancellation policy: If your plans change and you cannot attend the session you registered for please call the store to cancel so someone else can take your place.
