Get hands-on help deciphering pattern directions, adjusting fit, learning new techniques, and making your new favorite garments. This is a one-session class that will help you with some of those sticky sewing problems. Think of it as a time to problem solve with expert help from Elizabeth! Bring your projects to class that you need help with. This is for students who are comfortable using a sewing machine and reading basic instructions. 

Fabric and pattern for your specific project and basic sewing tools:

• Working sewing machine including cord, foot pedal, bobbins, and machine needles (Call or text the store if you need to borrow one for class.)
• Sewing scissors
• Tape measure
• Seam ripper
• 6” Seam gauge
• Straight pins and pin cushion
• Hand sewing needles
• Neutral colored thread

Class space is reserved with full payment.

Classes are held at Sew Inviting, 647 Snelling Avenue South, Saint Paul, MN 55116. Parking is available behind and on the north side of the building or on the street.

Cancellation policy: If your plans change and you cannot attend class, please call the store to cancel one week before class starts. Within one week of class, registration will be refunded for store credit.

Sew Inviting requires three students to hold a class. If three students are not registered five days before the class begins, you will be contacted to arrange a refund or reschedule to another class.
