During this three hour class you will demystify your serger sewing machine.  You will learn about threading, tension settings, the dos and don'ts of serging, and different ways your serger can be helpful for sewing. 

Supplies needed for this class: 

• Working serger machine including cord, foot pedal, instruction manual, and machine needles
• Four different colors of serger thread
• Scissors
• Tweezers - preferably tweezers with long angled prongs
• Scrap fabric to practice with

Class space is reserved with full payment. 

Cancellation policy: If your plans change and you cannot attend class, please call the store to cancel at least one week before class starts. Within one week of class, registration will be refunded for store credit, minus a $25 processing fee. There are no refunds once the class starts.   

Classes are held at Sew Inviting, 647 Snelling Avenue South, Saint Paul, MN 55116. Parking is available behind and on the north side of the building or on the street.

Sew Inviting requires three students to hold a class. If three students are not registered five days before the class begins, you will be contacted to arrange a refund or reschedule to another class.
