During this two hour class students will learn the parts of your machine, how to thread it, and coax it to do what it should. Students will be introduced to common sewing skills buy sewing a simple project.

Basic sewing tools:

• Working full-size sewing machine including cord, foot pedal, extra presser feet, bobbins, instruction manual, and machine needles (Call or text the store at 651-695-9975 if you need to borrow one for class.)
• Neutral colored thread and bobbin

All students need a completed 2026 Liability and Consent Form.

Students receive a 10% discount on day of class purchases.

Class space is reserved with full payment. Any cancellations will be refunded for store credit minus a $25 processing fee. Within 72 hours of class starting there are no refunds.

Sew Inviting requires three students to hold a class. If three students are not registered three days before the class begins, you will be contacted to arrange a refund or reschedule to another class. 

Classes are held at Sew Inviting, 647 Snelling Avenue South, Saint Paul, MN 55116. Parking is available on the street and aaround the builidng.
