Join Sew Inviting and Sew Good Goods to share your talents and sewing love by making laundry bags. The bags will be donated to the Peoples Laundry MPLS which is a volunteer run direct mutual aid group that provides laundry assistance to neighbors in need. Volunteers pick up and wash laundry for individuals without permanent shelter. Our laundry bags will be used to transport the laundry. 

Register for one of three time slots available on Wednesday, May 20.

Sew Good Goods will provide the material to make the bagsbut please bring the following supplies if you can.

• Working sewing machine including cord, foot pedal, bobbins, and machine needles (You can borrow one if you mark it on your registration.)
• Sewing scissors
• Seam ripper
• Straight pins and pin cushion
• Neutral color thread

Cancellation policy: If your plans change and you cannot attend, please call the store to cancel so someone else can take your place. 

Classes are held at Sew Inviting, 647 Snelling Avenue South, Saint Paul, MN 55116. Parking is available behind and on the north side of the building. There is a doorbell on the back door.
