I can't believe Sew Inviting's has been open a year! Next Friday and Saturday we are celebrating a year of providing fabrics, classes, and inspiration. Thank you to all of you for being a part of the success. ~Laura and staff

FIRST ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

On September 13th we will draw winners of the FIVE big Anniversary Prizes. Stop by Sew Inviting by September 13^th to receive a prize entry. For every $10 spent you will get an additional entry. You choose which prizes you want to win. 

FABULOUS FABRIC FUN KIDS' SEWING CLASSES

Register the young sewer in your life for sewing classes. The two-hour Fabulous Fabric Fun Welcome to Sewing for Kids class teaches the basics of the sewing machine and how to sew a small project. It is offered each month. Five week after school classes on Tuesday and Wednesday are from 4:30-6:00 start next week. Register now! 

FOR INSPIRATION

We got a new shipment of canvas fabric this week. In addition to some neutral colors, we got this great plaid. Meg thinks it would be a great jacket. I wanted instant sewing gratification, so I made a shopping bag. The lining is one of many cottons that arrived this week. Stop in to see them all!

Street parking is available in front of Sew Inviting at 647 Snelling Avenue South and in the parking lot around the building. Use the doorbell on the back door if it is not open.
