Despite the weather, the store is bursting with ideas for cooler weather and a fabulous October. Check out our MEA class offerings, new wool fabrics, and charity pillow case sewing. Start the month off sewing with friends at Sew Queer this evening and next week watch for more ideas for Halloween sewing!  ~Laura and Staff

FEATURED FABRICS

Will you be ready with fall clothes when the temperature finally drops? Plan ahead with these fabulous wool knits. Imagine a drapey sweater out of the red or rust color or a basic black wool layering tee. I’m thinking of using the rust for Simple Elegant Tee. What will you make?

KIDS CLASSES

Fall break is two weeks away! Don't miss the chance for your child to sew with us on Friday, October 17 from 9-12. Halloween and fall themed projects are the focus of this three hour class. Register for Fabulous Fabric Fun - MEA Break. It will be fun! If the class is full, put your name on the waitlist and we will consider an afternoon session if there is interest.

There is still room in the fall afterschool classes starting October 14 or 15. 

For those new to sewing, join Fabulous Fabric Fun Welcome to Sewing for Kids on October 11.

Street parking is available in front of Sew Inviting at 647 Snelling Avenue South and in the parking lot around the building. Use the doorbell on the back door if it is not open.
