Spring is the perfect time to start something new—and we have a fresh lineup of May and June classes ready for you!

Whether you want to learn to sew or build your skills, there’s something for you in the schedule

 For Beginners

• Welcome to the Machine: learn the basics of the sewing machine and complete a simple project in this three hour class
• Sew to Wear - Beginning Garment Sewing: build confidence in making your own clothes in this five-week class

Build Your Skills

• Easy Tee: learn to sew knits and make a wardrobe staple  
• Mending Clinic: extend the life of your handmade (and ready-made) garments
• Sewing Workshop & Weekend Workshop with Elizabeth: build your skill as you work on one or multiple projects with guided support
• Sewing Studio: register for one or multiple sessions for help with any of your sewing projects

Quilting

• Quilting for Beginners: learn the steps of quilting as you create a quilted placemat

Kids & Summer Camps

• Fabulous Fabric Fun Summer Camps: enroll your youngster for a fun and creative camp experience

Social Sewing

• Friday Sewing Social: unwind, connect, and sew
• Sew Queer: join a welcoming and, creative space for LGBTQ+ folx and allies

Street parking is available in front of Sew Inviting at 647 Snelling Avenue South and in the parking lot around the building. Use the doorbell on the back door if it is not open.
