Saturday was such an incredible night at Frocktails! Thank you to the committee who made Frocktails the sewing event of the season! It was a pleasure to be in a room with so many creative people who were all wearing such glorious outfits. While we wait for more pictures to be posted by Frocktails, here is a glimpse of the talents of the Sew Inviting staff. If you couldn't make it to this Frocktails, I hope you can join us at the next one. ~Laura and Staff

FEATURED FABRICS

I have a hard time resisting a cat fabric and this selection is the cat's meow! You could have a lot of fun with this charming panel that includes four cats, stars, moons, and butterflies - not to mention the coordinating floral, stars, and tossed cats. I am excited to see this made into a quilt, but I think the panels would be great as a bag, and the dark floral would make a great blouse!

CLASSES THIS WEEK

• Sew to Wear - Beginning Garment Sewing: Starting this Wednesday 4/15, join a five-week class to learn skills and build confidence in making your own clothes.
• Weekend Workshop with Elizabeth: This Saturday 4/18, take a day for you to work on one or multiple projects with guided support.
• Sewing Studio: Join us Thursday afternoon 5/16 for a three hour class to get help with any of your sewing projects.
