FEATURED PRODUCTS

Hawthorne Handmade embroidery supplies will make you smile! We have six different packages of  Stick and Stitch embroidery designs which make it easy to be creative. All you have to do is stick the design to your fabric, stitch, and wash it off. Choose from cats or dogs, outside animals and scenes, or holiday motifs. Stitch them on a pillow, a shirt, a tea towel, or felt!

Each of these books has 12 beginner-friendly embroidery designs and instructions for different embroidery stitches. The Awesome Animals or Botanical Bliss designs iron onto your fabric for easy stitching. I keep eyeing these for my next travel project!

If you want everything in a ready to go kit, grab one of the Folk Art embroidery kits. We have the Folk Fox and the Folk Bear. These kits are going quick. The Folk Owl already flew out of the store!

FOR INSPIRATION

I finished my next pair of pants! I made the Glissando Pants from Love Notions patterns using the Tyler Twill in wine. The cotton/tencel fabric has the perfect weight and drape for this pattern. I was a little skeptical of the button fly, as I do not think I have owned button fly pants since the 1980s, but I do like how it turned out. I plan to make the pants out of lightweight denim with a few adjustments including adding a little width to the button fly so I don't worry about gaps.
